In addition, at Kaydental, we maintain an after-hours emergency service 7 days a week. If you have a dental emergency after hours, please contact the office through the Contact Us page on our website and your contact information will be forwarded to Dr. Stephen Kay.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via phone, email, or through the Request an Appointment page on our website. We will do our best to accomodate your busy schedules with early morning and evening appointments.

Fees and Financial Information

Our fees are based on the most current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for General Practitioners for General Dental Services and the most current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for Specialists for Specialty Dental Services.

Insurance and Billing

We are pleased to offer complimentary electronic submission of insurance claims for eligible services. Upon completion of dental treatments, we are able to submit an e-claim online directly to your insurance carrier. This allows efficient and timely reimbursement to you of your claim, often in a few days.

Payment Information

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, and cash as payment options. No interest, in-office payment plans may also be arranged as needed.
