June 8th, 2021 Update
As of today, Ontario is no longer under a stay-at-home order. Thanks to the ongoing success of the province's vaccine rollout and significant improvements in public health trends, Ontario will begin to re-open on Friday, June 11, in keeping with Step 1 of the province's Road Map to Reopen. Dental care remains an essential healthcare service and we at Keydental remain fully open for in-person care.
Our Guiding Principle continues to be the health, safety and well-being of our patients, staff and general community. Our office has always followed required infection control practices and in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, these requirements have been expanded and implemented at Kaydental. Some of the things we have done include rigorous staff training in keeping with required guidelines, installing plexi-glass shields at the administrative area, increasing Hand Sanitizing stations and enhanced air filtration.
Our excellent team of professionals remains eager to see you!
In the interest of your health and safety, and that of our team and the community, here are some changes you will notice in our office:
→ Physical distancing practices are in place;
→ New protocols for patient and staff health screenings according to the Ministry of Health COVID 19 criteria, and a temperature check with a no-touch digital thermometer;
→ Our schedule is spaced to reduce the number of patients attending at a given time.
✱ You will see frequent disinfection of high touch surfaces such as doorknobs and countertops.
✱ You will see members of our team wearing enhanced PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as N-95 masks, face shields and gowns.
If you are feeling unwell and have a dental concern, please contact us to discuss. We continue to offer phone and electronic consultations. We will be happy to see you once you are better. If you had an appointment cancelled due to COVID 19, and have not yet rescheduled, please contact us.
Thank you for your patience and understanding over the past year. Your support, as always, is very much appreciated. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing you!
With best wishes for your continued good health,
The Kaydental Team

At Kaydental, we believe that a fair fee is one of the key features in building a strong patient-doctor relationship. At our North York dental office, we follow the suggested fee guide for General Practitioners from the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) in order to maintain pricing stability and keep patients in the know about the price of every service and product they pay for.
If you have any questions about the costs of any of our dental services, please contact us so one of our staff members can clarify and guide you through the price determinations.
